Returns Eligibility

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are only accepted if:

The item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

You provide photo or video proof of the issue.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

Email order@custapack.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Attach clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Our support team will review your case and respond within 4 working days.

Resolution Options

If your return is approved, we’ll offer one of the following:

A free reprint and reshipment of the correct item.

A full or partial refund depending on the situation.

No need to return the product in most cases.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

Custom items without a verified defect.

Design errors are approved by the customer during the proofing stage.

Shipping delays are caused by courier companies.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment.
After that, if production has begun, we may deduct a portion of the cost to cover materials and labor.
